FACTORY DIRECT ONLY ITEM Replaces 64018, 64017 and 64028. 10 units order min, 14 day turnaround from Kensington processing order to time it leaves the vendors warehouse to ship to enduser. Rep MUST tell customer that Kensington will be contacting them to establish which one of three levels of access for the system they want. This is an integral part of the process b/c if the customer isn’t aware that this step occurs and doesn t return calls to Kensington, that 14 day turnaround time just keeps getting pushed out.
